Where can I buy ink refills for my e-pen?
Spare blue and black ink refills can be purchased from www.digitalpenshop.com. The refill size is 67.0mm long X 2.35mm diameter with nickel platted tube. These are manufactured by all recognised Pen manufacturers.

How do I obtain my 12 month warranty?

Will e-pens Mobile Notes Work with Windows 7?
Yes they will work fine with Windows 7. You may need to download a new driver from our website.

Can I write on normal paper?
Yes you can write on any paper. You will have both, hard copy and computer image of the written material. Paper sizes up to A4 are supported by e-pens.

How many pages will the Mobile Notes memory hold?
Up to 100 pages of full A4 text.

How long can do the pen batteries last?
The duration is 40 hours of continuous operation. Taking into account an average of 1 hour writing per day, batteries need to be replaced once every 2-3 months.
