| You can get refills and spare pens from www.scanningpens.co.uk (Tel: 0870 7203310). The refill size is 67.0mm long X 2.35mm diameter with nickel platted tube. These are manufactured by all recognised Pen manufacturers.

| Will e-pens be compatible with Windows 7? |
| Yes they will work fine with Windows 7 when released. You may need a FOC download which will be available from our website.

| Will e-pens Mobile Notes Work with MAC? |
| Mobile Notes will work with MAC OSX, but the bundled MyScript Notes text recognition software will NOT work with MAC. Please go to the download section and download the MAC brochure to see what features and programs will work with Mobile Notes.

| Can I write on normal paper? |
| No special paper is required. You can write on any readily available paper, and have both, hard copy and computer image of the written material. Paper sizes up to A4 are supported by e-pens.

| The duration is 40 hours of continuous operation. Taking into account an average of 1 hour writing per day, batteries need to be replaced once every 2-3 months.

| The memory unit is charged via the USB 2.0 cable supplied.

| How does the technology work? |
| The pen is transmitting your hand movements to the receiver located in the base unit. The application then translates these movements to digital signals that captures your handwriting on the screen.
